Hi @Hurlabrick Could you please update the spreadsheet for us? We finally received Invitation for Pre Arrival Services today! Our ECAS changed to decision made, but our profile also says they still haven't started our background check! ha! What's the next step!?

I would believe the 'decision made' message. Quite common for ECAS and GCKey to disagree. Next steps will be EITHER:
* Request for copy passport bio pages (and maybe two new photos)
OR
* Receipt of CoPR in the normal mail
They used to often go straight to CoPR issue, but more and more lately, they seem to be requesting copy passport. They need your latest passport as they use that information as the 'key' to link your CoPR in on the CBSA system ready for your landing.
Common-law Outland applicant here! I’m the PA and a British Citizen. My partner is a Canadian Citizen.
App received: Feb 11th
AOR: March 21st
BGC: March 21st
ADR: March 27th
Biometric fee: April 9th
DM Sponsor: April 13th
Biometric Request: May 16th
Biometrics complete: May 28th
Still no medical and still no file transfer. Presuming we’re heading to LVO as we’ve had no word yet, so trying to stay positive. Is this why we haven’t had medical yet possibly? I know they sometimes wait till nearer the end

Slightly surprised you haven't received medical request yet, I am sure it is imminent. They will request medical before sending on to VO. Would you like your timeline to be added to the spreadsheet? Happy to do so, all you need tyo do is post updates on this thread.

Is it a bad thing that I haven’t received medical yet? It’s worrying me a little.
Yes I’d love that. I know how helpful it was to me to look through spreadsheets before applying, so I’d like to be able to do the same for others
here is the link to CIC website for complaints.
Click on link and choose complaint, then choose processing times.
Then write about LVO and the misery we are facing.
Good news for the scared people: You just have to put your name and email address. No need for UCI number. Ok worst case, use anonymous name and email. But at least file a complaint.
We need as much complaints we can so that they consider it a genuine issue that everyone is facing.
I already did. Please play your part.
Forward it to others and ask people to complain. Just tell them to move our applications to Mississauga or ask LVO to speed up.
Better than those sign a petition ones, because this actually can make a difference as it is official.
Thanks.
Please post on this thread after your completing your complaint.
God helps those who help themselves.

Not a 'bad thing' - don't read anything into it. Sydney are responsible for sponsor approval, then gathering the additional requirements for the PA (biometrics and medical), once they have these, they can then forward the file onto a VO for PA assessment. To date, Sydney have asked for biomentrics and medicals within days of each other, so it is strange they haven't asked for your medical yet.

When I got the Biometric Request I was so happy to hear of movement. Now just hoping we get the medical request this month. What do you think the hold up of the medical request is?

Just to let you know that my file was sent to London VO in February 20 for further processing, biometrics was done in Feb. too, but I got medical request in mid April ( 2 months after). I am October 2018 applicant.
So, sometimes they ask for medicals later in the process and after they send the file to local VO.

That’s what I thought too! Thanks for that clarification. Are you the PA? I’m 99% sure mine is heading to London VO due to the fact that I haven’t had a file transfer yet. And no medical ... another reason why I think I’m heading there.

Could you add me to your London spreadsheet please?
British Common-Law and my partner is Canadian Citizen.
I am using a representative so I do not know if my file has been transferred yet but this is the info I've got:

Biometrics enrolled: April 11th
