@Hurlabrick , following on the above query, I wonder you could give an advice...? I did landing appointment just before X Mas at local CIC office in Ontario and now waiting for PR card. Once got it, I’ll be travelling to UK to pack things. Can I do personal account/ goods when I come up?
Many thanks
Yes you can do what you say. Once you have your PR Card, you can return to the UK, pack up, prepare your 'goods accompanying / goods to follow' list (two separate lists). When you land back in Canada from the UK, tell them at the border that you are now 'landing as a settler' and want your good lists to be validated.

I am wondering if anyone has a similar timeline to me..
Applied online in UK.
Positive LMIA 19th September.
W/P Application Submitted 21st September.
Biometrics completed 24th September.
Medical request 27th November
Medical completed and submitted 29th November.
Medical Passed 2nd January. (e medical did it as upfront medical and didn't link it with IME number from the medical request so i had to email them proof of my medical)
Processing time was 17 weeks and it changed last week to 14 weeks...i am on week 17 now with no response to my WEBFORM.
it has been showing 'we are reviewing your eligibility' and 'we are processing your background check' since the 4th December.
i just feel a little lost and unsure what i should do. My Employer in Canada cant get any information from the call centre over there as the application was done in the UK.

This thread is specific to Spousal Sponsorship Outland via London Visa Office. You are unlikely to get any cogent responses to an LMIA enquiry. I suggest you post your query in the correct forum.
Hi All,
I’m new to this forum
I’m June 2017 applicant, and my timeline is as follows:
1. AOR = 12 June’17
2. File’s Processing date = 27 June’17
3. Medical Instruction = 21 July’17
4. Medical Test done on 12 August’17, and the result is “Passed”.
5. Additional documents requested= 30 April’18
6. RPRF & copy of new passport requested on= 15 June’18
7. Background Check: My online-Service states: “We are processing your background check”.
8. Application Status: “We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more info from you”.
9. My application is for Spousal Sponsorship, I’ve applied from Dubai; however, I’ve left Dubai and currently residing in Istanbul. I’m from Iraq and my family lives in Canada.
Please add me to your spreadsheet.
My question, if anyone can advise: where am I now after 19 months?

Thank you for your reply.
I did not, Is it that important?
How to do that?
I communicated with LVO last month and they replied saying that my ‘background check has not completed’
