Today I received a invitation to Pre-arrival service after 11 months passed since my application received and 9 months of silence.
No BGC started...i wonder if this is something to cool me off with while my process extends another 4-5 months or is it a good sign my process is coming to an end and my see a decision made/PPR!!!

anyone has an idea?

Any applicants who applied in Jan 2018 have already received Pre-Arrival Services or started background check? LVO is working on applicants of which month at the moment?

Hi guys, today I have just found out that my email is not working properly. I might have not received emails from CIC or LVO due to the problem of my email. Till now the only email that I received from CIC was when I successfully linked my GC keys account. I did not receive the email for my FN number. I was supposed to receive an email alert informing me"you have an update in your account"every time when I get an update in my GC Keys account, but I have never received any. I can only check my GC keys from time to time to see if there is any update. I am afraid I will miss some emails from LVO in the future.

My questions are:
1. If I want to change my email address, do I just use webform?

2. I noticed that the webform for LVO says "Please do not submit this form more than once." However, I have used this webform for uploading an updated application form earlier, is it going to be any problem if I don't follow its "instruction" for submitting twice or three times when I really need to?

3. By any chance if anybody submitted any webform to LVO before and have you received any auto reply?

Got PPR by email today (16 Feb applicant, application stayed in Mississauga for processing).

(For info that might be useful for others, ecas still says in process, CIC says 'application updated' but still showing 'we are determining your eligibility' and background check in progress , typically confusing! Unlike a typical request where you have to go into your CIC account to view the letter, the email came direct from CPC-Mississauga (i.e. my VO) and the letter is attached to the email).

Received COPR today, 1 September, in the post via Royal Mail signed for. 12 days after I sent the documents in response to the PPR. A document upload slot for my passport photocopy and updated information chart didn't appear on MyCIC so I sent these in hard copy alongside the photos and also sent them via the webform. This didn't cause any problems.

Also got an electronic version of accompanying letter confirming the PR on 29 August via an update to MyCIC.

Good luck and wishing speedy processing to those waiting.

No - none that anyone has advised me of - the spreadsheet is up to date as far as it can be (we are of course reliant on people first of all volunteering on this thread to add their timelines, then on the same people to provide updates on this thread as things change).

Does anybody know on what month application London vo is working on?
Our app says reviewing eligibility requirements and bgc hasnt started yet.
On what stage we might be on outland may 2018 applicant. I called the 1 800 number and its says that the processing might takes 11 months
