I think my mailman feels the same as you. I'm pretty sure he is getting a liiiiiiiitle scared by me bouncing over to the mailbox with a big grin every time I see him!
Hi Guys
Application received; May 9th
AOR1; June 13th
Medical request; June 21st
Sponsor approval: June 26th
Medical Exam; July 11th
medical passed; July 15th
AOR2: 17th July
File transfered to VO London.
Does anybody know how much more time they will take to process? my background check hasn't begun yet. any idea how much time London VO takes?
Yayyyy I've got an update! Received my sponsor approval July 17th. 'Decision made' had been showing since the 13th and finally got the email through.
Fiancé will have his medical next Friday in Manchester. Can anyone shed some light on what he should expect from it? He's waiting on an appointment with a knee surgeon as he tore his ACL a few months ago. He had an MRI but we don't have the results due to the long wait to see the surgeon. I'm trying to figure out if this will come up in the medical or how it might impact the results. Obviously he won't lie in the examination but I'm just over here stressing about every little thing!

As regards the medical, no problem having it with his knee condition. He must take with him the required documents to prove he is who he says he is. They will take his photo, take a blood test and examine him. They will enter the results directly in to CIC medical portal and once complete, submit the results and print out a receipt for him to keep. The results are uploaded by the examiner then and there (IIRC virtually ALL UK examiners are now on the portal and none still carry out the old paper based process).

To those curious, I already got a response. It has been less than 48 hours.
They were also very flexible, asking that we simply send them a message when we are back from our honeymoon and they will send us a new passport request.
it will update in a few days. ecas is not always updated immediately. if your hubby got the email, it means they have been transferred to LVO. now the big wait begins.
Should I be worried if my Ecas is not updated ? I still only have 3 lines after 2 weeks since we received the email telling us that my file has been transfered to LVO. Everybody else seems to have 4 lines... What does the 2nd line actually mean?? " We started processing XX's application on XX, 2018.." What happens if I don't have it??? I just want to make sure they don't forget my file
