Spreadsheet updated. Was the Doctor / Clinic concerned registered to complete the medical electronically? So did you only receive a receipt (which they should have said don't lose!). If so, then they would have automatically uploaded to CIC. Probably sensible to also scan and upload your receipt as well though.

Believe so because when we made the appt. wife gave her UCI number and her details came up apparently. Didn't give here anything but the receipt.

Hi everyone, regarding the speadsheet, what does 'Review of Eligibility in Progress' and 'Review of Submitted Documents Passed' mean and where am I able to find those dates on GCKey?

Timeline update:

My medical was passed on july 14th.
Ive had to send my police certificates and schedule A via webform as according to the call centre they requested them but I never got the request. Hopefully they will add them to my application without any issues.

Could you update my timeline on the spreadsheet please ❤

Yep - sound like it was electronic on the medical examiners portal direct to CIC. I think most authorised examiners in the UK are on this now

Considering how much they charge I would have expected nothing less.

I checked on ECAS and it does mention medical received. prob. check in a week or so to see if passed or not.

I uploaded the ScheduleA through the CSE nearly three weeks ago and its still not showing in ECAS. I wonder if I should post it to them.

That CSE is so damn unreliable really. the myCIC is also unreliable.

Hi everyone,

So we got the great news that my application has been approved as of this morning. ECA's have changed to Final Decision made and approved.
The only message on the application currently is "Letter Accompanying the Visa" which is not the CoPR. It says in the letter, "You have now been issued your confirmation of Permanent Residence". Does anybody know if that means it will be emailed on later? or Will be mailed to my address? I know it's usually by address but I didn't get a PPR, which is also usually the norm. Just straight to this letter.

Thanks to everyone for the help and information over the last few months, it was such a help getting through the process.

Congratulations! Spreadsheet updated. Not everyone gets a passport request (I didn't). If the PA is a national of a visa exempt country, you will often go straight to CoPR. Yes, it arrives in the normal mail.

I am freaking out of stress . We applied as common law
My partner had interview last week at London visa office, and they have requested more proof of joint bank statements.
So in mycic it says Eligibility still in process

But when I checked Myecas account today under permanent resident it says " Desicion MAde"

But we haven't got any emails or letters. I dunno what's going on, this whole immigration process making me really sick

Is it just me or have the London applications ground to a bit of a halt? It seems like there's loads of us waiting to hear if our app has been transferred and/or for background check to start. Or am I just being paranoid?!

Besides medical received, receipt of Sch A and PCC doesn't come on Ecas. You can order notes in a month and find out if they have added the docs u sent 2 ur case file.

Decision Made is the first sign that your case has been finalised. Wait for a few days you will receive a communication from LVO in mail. Or you can email LVO and ask the status of your case.
