yes, provincial nominee and yes, it's a different category from all of you in this thread . am having a hard time finding people in this entire forum that's in the same situation as i am that's why i've been reading through your posts in this thread. i wish my application can be processed as fast as most of you here.

so i contacted the MP like a lot of ppl did he said he'll call in mid-November its too early right now to check up and the Immigration ppl get upset and say y r u calling so early etc. also he said the 4-10 months start in Buffalo so i've only been in process for 2 months?

That's ridiculous! The original certificate will produce the photocopy saying "not authorized copy" or something similar.

So they confirmed the receipt of the FBI certificate on Sept 20 and they asked for an original later? I am confused ???

Maybe you can e-mail them telling that you did mail the original and attach the letter of them saying that they indeed received it on Sept 20.

No, different category from spousal.....Hmmmm not sure if you can get information in person if you drive down to Buffalo.

They also confirmed receipt of our first certificate and then asked for us to send one 4 days later....

@giggles idk y i feel like thats not true 80% of applicants get it within 1-3 months so 4 months is a lie its probably from Canada to Buffalo i refuse to believe it lol

@michael im emailing them a copy of my receipt and confirmation the day they received it with the buffalo sticker on it.

@heatherusa did they ever confirm with you that they made a mistake and they have the new one now?
