Well probably my last post here

just updating my wife sent her passport by mail and received it back with the visa last saturday and we plan to make her landing April 3rd however she will move definitively at the end of june. Since of the 3 months wait for health care we are trying to make sure she sees all the doctor before the move.

Iam extremely confused. I sent an email to Buffalo about my permanent resident file status being not available on ecas. This is the response I got

"The creation of permanent resident applications in our database along with the mailing of the acknowledgement of receipt letter is taking a minimum of 30 weeks.

Any application submitted without the required documents and information will be returned to the applicant.

e-Cas is for applications processing within Canada only.



Immigration cases being processed in Visa offices outside Canada use a system different from that used to process similar applications in Canada. As a result, the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) does not reflect the status of cases being processed in Buffalo.

Do not use the CIC e-Cas on-line change of address system. Your new address will not be downloaded to your file in Buffalo.

Just saw the spreadsheet for the first time... can I be added too?

App Sent - 11-4-10
App Received - 11-5-10
Transfer to Buffalo - 11-30-10
In Process - 1-20-11
AOR - 1-20-11

...and that's it so far. We got a letter saying no docs requested, interview waived. As of this morning, still "in process" on CAS. Hopefully soon!

Getting Nervous -- still haven't received my visa back nor has the return tracker been activated.

Atog: How long did it take for you to get yours back?

I mailed my PP on the 15th and my return tracker isn't active yet either
