@ Rachel - your decision or PPR should be in the mail by now...hopefully, you should receive it by next week...did u supply ur email on the app....it would save 10 odd days, but then again they do what they please!
Buffalo does all US applicants, and anyone who was admitted to Canada for more than a year from any country.. apparently they should reconsider that, because they clearly can't handle all the cases.

@ sbwv09 - you too have apps approved/transferred after your that show ïn process"or have received AOR for second stage?
I was told by a call centre agent that this happens at times....why and whats the logic (or no logic) i could not tell you!
The last update I had was when my sponsorship was approved. There's no information about my actual PR application. I only know it was sent to Buffalo according to the sponsorship approval letter.
I got ppr!!! by email and they mention the expiry date of my visa!!! does this mean that I am approved?? I have mixed feelings from this email.
it says "Your visas will be valid for entry to Canada until : 14-04-2011 .
Please ensure that the above items together with this letter are sent to the Embassy without delay. Your application must be finalized prior to the expiry of your medicals and with sufficient time for you to settle your affairs and make travel arrangements. Your immediate attention to this request is critical to the outcome of your application"
Thank you!!!According to cic website london is processing most applications within 2 months !!!It depends on how many applications they get, I assume bucharest its not very busy

London started processing my Application 15 July..1 week ago today..! So I could have weeks to wait for a letter from CPC-London? Does it usually contain PPR and Bar Codes? Or does it depend on the case and Visa Office?

Hi Cyanmaple ,
What a coincidence. Bucharest has started to work on our application on June 15. But we still have not received a request for passport. Did they contacted to you by email or phone or mail?
