Hi everyone, thought I'd post an updated timeline in case anyone else is in a similar position.

Waiting on the results to arrive to us in Australia (sent from RCMP September 25) so we can send them to Sydney VO.
Does anyone have experience with sending documents to Sydney VO? We have until October 30 to get them the results and I'm getting nervous that we're cutting it really close.
We received PPR and pre-arrival from the Sydney VO today! Timeline below.

Passport submitted at IRCC: 17-Oct-2019
CoPR received in hand by post: 23-Oct-2019

All the best to all who are waiting on your PPR. Hope you receive it soon.
Two others from April AOR has received their PPR and one from March.
I don’t know why @RDong and few others from 2018 are put on hold?!? I don’t understand what system IRCC follows to clear our files. Particularly praying for @RDong to get his application approved.

I had to travel for personal reasons, so just wanted a status update as I didn’t want to miss my passport submission deadline. Emailed IRCC in Sydney, they replied within two days saying they have my application which was transferred to them in May but my application hasn’t been assigned a case officer yet.
Then emailed Ralph’s office in September and they said the same that nothing has been initiated, no movements but within 15 days I got my PPR.
@RDong and @Apricity your PPRs are on the way. Guess they assign case officer as and when the file is transferred and not based on application date. Mine was transferred in May end/June as per IRCC’s email so guess that is why I got it before you both.
