I did not see any E-cas updates either. PPR was a short letter just asking for passport, Fees and Police clearance certificate if not already submitted. Are there two different type of PPRs? Does that affect the timeline - how long will they take to process..

dont worry they dont update ecas verfrequently as our ecasstill not updated ti in processafter 1 month of ppr.......n type of ppr doesnt matters so dnt worry n u r lucky u got ppr early as after august they hav been taking 2 - 3 months to send ppr........all d best.........

In regards of letters my wife got 2 different letters, one was the one you got a 2 page letter, stating is fees, and PC, and to submit passport, and just this week she got another letter, saying to submit her passport with a deadline of Feb 13/2011. All the best, your case is fly, so far you have a very good timeline.

yup packing is almost done as ND is perfect for shopping lol ......

Mikoo if they r saying that they don't need any Doc. by you now so it means they got it what they want and they r working on that in short they r saying seat back and let us do our work lol ....

you know it's positive sign. if they said they don't required any more documents. so yeah wait and watch i know wait is a silent killer but i did six months so let them take time you can't do anything rather then just wait.

hey thts gr8 ,,,,,as u said yes its positive sign they dont need anything from my side,,,,but i still wonder y they take so much time for background checks????whn we give them PCC,AND WHOLE LIFE HISTORY OF BOTH THE SPOUSES ???

how was the interview? was it a canadian interviewing you, or was it an indian? also what type of questions did they ask? Any ways the important thing is that you go the visa.. way to go..
