2 weeks over for today since my sponsorship got approved and my husband received sponsorship letter on 10thAug2010. I am yet to hear something from ND office .. didn't receive AOR still??

i am little bit worried .. is anybody undergoing the same with ND office?? i am very tensed too ..

don't worry it can take 3-4 weeks to start processing after sponsorship approval.just wait...
for me it took 3 and half weeks.

thank u dilneet ... i read from ur posts tht u sent a mail to VO reg ur status update on ur appl'n u got a response too .. n u said u'll be receiving ur pp bk very soon .. any updates now??

GET YOU DEGREE EVALUTED WHILE YOU ARE IN INDIA

Hi to every one,

While you are in india Do get all Degree evaluted by WES or ICAS canada(because it is easy to get transcript and related university document, while you are in india)Once you come in canada then it will be hard for you to get document from Indian university as you can't visit personally and its add delay up to 1 year.

I am Highly suggesting all of you to get your degree evaluated(Canadian equivalence report).

Some employer asks you during job interview.Also it is good for you to prove your level in canada.

After all it is up to you to utilize your waiting period or complaining about indian university in providing document when you required them while you are in canada.


I am in canada and it is my person experience.

I got update today through email. It said they have received my husband documents and inorder to expedite the process they request new medical. The letter was mailed today. I dont know what their version of expedite means but hopefully its really fast.

Don't leave the hope guys ... Don't give up just remember y we hold up that far ... I knw it's hard but there nothing we can do and being really sad will not change anything jst keep urself busy doing sumthing this wait is Gona end soon ...

Sent passports on 12th Aug, though!!!

Another ques- we live in London and the passports have been sent to New Delhi.
Do they post the passports back to london or does it have to go back to our India mailing address only?

So tough to be without a passport for work purposes and family who are away!!! :'(

I have a question. Our case is an appealed case and they started processing on June 11. They asked for PCC redo and application and they received them on Aug 10th. Now they are asking for new medical. So my question is, are we in the security check phase now? Anyone have any ideas what comes next and how long before we will have the ppr?
