dont worry,. U ve done ur best. Just if u can, put ur phone # also.. it shud help. letter n fax shud do. if u want, u can also do a case spec enquiry. Nothing harm in that. Mention that u ve also faxed, in the letter u send.

I thot u also got the letter signed by teh VO. for me, it was signed by a VO.dont u have any signature? what abt sonia and other ppl who got short form of letter?
dont worry, it might be specific to Visa officers.. few might sign and few might not. just cos of that, u dont get tensed. am sure u ve got the right letter.

dont worry applied03, Guess sonia, sevenseconds and rbhaweja also got the short form of letter like us. we need to knw if they also got it signed or not.. anyhw it shudnt matter, dont worry.
thanks guys for the support, really appreciate it, i thought i would have an heart failure today. Geee what a scare, it is still a scare, but kind of feel comfortable, that we faxed ND. it funny how I can get two letters asking for the same dam thing. First letter dated on Dec 9 and other Dec 30 :s there way of working is way out of my knowledge. I'll keep you posted, what I plan to do is also get my wife to fax them again tomorrow morning just to be on the safe side. two faxes is better than nothing. Its ND we are talking about anything can happen with them, and they just need 1 lame excuse to mess up your file, and your life.
yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh got the PPR today Alhamdulillah and submitted it CHC Dhaka at 2.30 p.m..so had some happy rush hours for us..
I was learned later that e-cas can be updated on decision made even before visa stamped on Passport if there is no complication in the case. Mine was as straight as a stick may be even more than that ..thats why I guess they did updated mine e-cas before visa issuance..
I am going to book my ticket on March between 15-20 coz the lady told me it might take 8 weeks max to get back passport thats why I am taking 2 months on my hand ...FAIR ENOUGH I GUESS

@adihanda - yes, you are right, this forum is a strong support system for me too. i need to log in each day and check the progress of our applications. this really is a tough time, some days i'm strong & optimistic, other days i get so impatient & miserable. it's the feeling of uncertainty that gets me down - wish there was some way of beating this thing!

my all paper was without name and sign... the only one paper i got when they send me back my all pics and wading card there is only sign but still not name....
