Only need PP to stamp on it...

My case once again confirms that extensive International Travel has no role to play in the time factor of processing your application. I had lived in the US for over 6 years and still had no issues watsoever.

I second what Deepak has to say. I think for those who are waiting for PPR like the older pattern, the pattern has definitely changed. A PPR will now, it seems IMHO, will be the end of the process which is good news. You will have your PP with you until the end and can meet your spouse in a third country for a short vacation unlike the current situation where they request the PP right away and we are basically stuck with no PP on us. Also a PPR at the end shall mean a definite Visa issual.

sonia2905 --> when you first email them, did you get an auto reply, saying they received your email? As the first time I emailed them at the end of Oct, I got an auto reply with in 20mins, say that they have received my email, and 2 days later i got an email from them. I recently emailed them a couple of weeks ago, no auto reply, and no answer. Is this same as yours?

Just want to clarify something, when the per res. status changes from 'not avail' to 'decision made' does that mean that they have mailed out the letter asking for passport submission? And how do they send it out via telegram, or register mail/speed post?

And when we receive the letter how do we send them the passport? Speedpost? and do we need to have enclosed a returning envelope as well? i am hearing may different strories with friends and family members that have sponsored their spouces. Can someone please help and clarify. Thanks.

i got ppr request from london office and now they are asking for passport so i went to post office for speed post and they said you can send passport can anyone please help me in this.

shall i send my original passport and document directly to chc-london or not?


please help me in this matter.

so can chc-new delhi help me in this. can they send my passport behalf of me to chc-london? i just dont know what to do? i am really so confused.
