Hello,

I know this is for spousal application but does anyone know if Accra has issued PPR to EE applicants lately or this year at all?

It will be nice if we also got PPR just like spousal applicants.

Not that I have heard of. But don't worry, hopefully things might get better after the elections. Its so unfortunate about the EE applicants. But just know that some of us here to are on hold oh. But once I hear anything I would comment this side.

The elections finished up yesterday and the current party won, so Inshallah I hope that processing/interview queues not only starts again now that governments are not switching but also speed up because there's no good excuse for the delays n backlog

IKR let's pray for the best. Last excuse I heard they were using was we are prioritising on the afghan crisis and hence we would get back to you soon. Read this from some other threads. But so far this reason hasn't been sent to our AVO colleagues. Pray this excuse is not used.

As I always believe that they always find reasons to be funny, from covid to elections, and maybe now afghan crisis.

But let's forget all said above and just hope the interviews, final reviews are completed and approved soon. Only God is in control.

Don't worry, will surely be over soon. Its really not easy at all for us almost at the end. I can imagine yours that's now awaiting interview date. HANG IN THERE, very soon.

Me too since I received message that I have passed the medical in July 8, I haven't heard anything from them. Im worried. October it will be a year.

2019 file and still waiting …just here seeing newer files getting approved and reunited with their spouses. I don’t even have strength no more…

With IRCC if they don't have any red flag from officer to officer while it runs through the application chain from Canada to your vfs,it will be processed quick, but if they ask for more reviews and informations for clarity, it will be delayed. April 2021 got approved in August 2021....but, you see, these processing are done by ordinary human beings in the name of case processing officers but if God be for you and he takes charge over your document according to his timing....Case processing officers are too small to delay or deny your applications. However, if God also wants to get Glory out of your story, then you are in big trouble as he will make his delays as a testimony a shall not be denied....Keep trusting!! May be is not the right timing for you to move yet...

You right about the info passing BTW officers. But from the looks of tins say my file as well as some colleagues, I would say it mainly depends on the case officer doing the reviews in Canada. Some are just not bothered or don't care probably been working for years and know nothing can happen to them regardless of their behaviours. Trust me if I am to give you detailed info on my file you will clearly understand my point. Took me 7 months js for an AOR and that's only cos me spouse had contacted them. The exact day she contacted them they sent AOR and SA saying its in Accra(wt were dey waitn for dd we even have to ask bfo receiving this info). All updates on my file were after a contact was made. Hmmmmmmmm, leme stop here.

If we remember, IRCC last Sept 2020 recruited newer stuff to reduce the backlogs. This is where I think the blessings of the 2021 applicants came from. These officers definitely are different from those working on the earlier files. They are active, careful and responsive since they are new and wana do great jobs.

I might be wrong though but I believe the files are just delayed due to the officer doing the reviews or processing it. These are just my thoughts and how I think though.

We can only be hopeful and as you said GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Don't worry js get ur MP's info ready and get in touch once it hits the year's target. Some of them are helpful. Hopefully urs will be of help to you. No need to worry at all, don't let these guys frustrate always. I used to be bothered till it exceeded a year and now left it in GOD'S HANDS. it is well and shall end soon.
