This is not alternative email ... it's AVO's email

Both of them are valid but the one i sent should end in .ca not .can.

He’ll house I have a quick question, does everyone get notified that, they’re file has been sent to Ghana or not everyone cos I got my MR late July which I already did and I only have access to the online tool and it’s still saying in process or Medicals have been received but haven’t been notified whether my file is with AVO or not. Is this normal pls?

What you experienced is normal. Same thing happened with our application.
