I submitted my application last year july 18. Still nothing. On 6th june 2017 i got an email to submit vCard additional documents and that was the end. I have sending emails but no replies. I got only one reply that it was closed in a queue waiting for review. The 16 months are over and don't know what to do.

I know it's hard and very frustrating ,especially because the maximum processing time has passed ,the good thing is that they have responded to your email so hang tight and be expecting to hear from them very soon ,I pray everything goes well for you in Jesus name .

@Cosey you're only at 15 months today. If you have an intended place you will be living in Canada you can contact the MP for that area once 16 months has passed and have them investigate your case for you. You may still hear from AVO yet. We have given you all the information we can. You are not alone, there are quite a few people waiting just like yourself having applied at the same time and submitted documents at the same time. They are still waiting.

No, you don't need to submit a new one. Just a little note stating that there has been no changes in your family statue since application was sent.

Yes oo! You haven't seen anything yet. This cic people will worry you. Mine was july 2016. Additional documents requested in june 2017. Since then i haven't heard from them. So it is normal. When were you asked to submit additional documents?

Yes it is very possible which is why a lot of us 8n the house started sending unsolicited additional documents to avoid stories that touch. Were you requested additional docs and when? Also have you submitted them? If not, we can chip in as to what and what you can send them seeing as you are new here.
