This is great news. I remember two people on this page did their "redo medicals" and received PPR same day or next day. One even got before he got home If i remember correctly. So I believe you are almost there.

hi I was also asked additional family info,police certificate ,payment of rprf and jux today received a. Email from my lawyer to re-do Medicals ....hope this means ppr ? How soon ? Hope the visa is assured ...I'm nervous

Hi Samola, I think you should hurry and renew your passport. It's very important that your passport should have at least 6 months before expiring. That's my thought though maybe other people might suggest something different.

Yes atleast 6 months mine expiring January and i just applied for a new one 2 weeks ago. Hurry up hope in your country it doesn't take forever to come out. Well even if they request passport you have min 30 days to send it to them

Samola,
You must get a new passport as soon as possible. You cannot travel anywhere with a passport that is expiring within 6 months. You should let AVO know you need to renew or just go immediately to renew now before they ask for PPR. Maybe others can weigh in on what to tell AVO and how but you must get a new passport as soon as possible. I will ask my friends who this also happened to and see what they did.
