Hi everyone! I hope someone can help me. Once I get my letter stating I meet the requirements to sponsor can I still use the 8 number code? Will it show the status of the app still? On the sponsors app it says decision made we will send you a letter regarding this. I got the letter saying I have met the requirements to be a sponsor. Now online it says sponsored person application received..., medical received. So will I see the status change? Or will my husband only be able to view it now? He has not got his own access code yet. Thank you

Congrats on your sponsorship approval You will be able to check the status changes of your husbands application as well with your UCI number. In fact, unless you order GCMS notes you might not find out his UCI number until they request additional info from you or even better when they request his passport. You can use the file number(starts with F000) with your husbands personal info to check his e-CAS but it shows the same information anyhow, minus the sponsorship application info. Welcome again to the thread and all the best! Accra seems to be working fast lately so I'm sure you will hear from them within the next 3 months or so.

Last year I went direct and it was stamped same day so what's the delay.flight prices promises to crash sept. But I can't wait. Once I get notice am buying d ticket for my wife n daughter.

it should be in the letter you recieved . Yes ecas is the online status update. You can order a note after two or three months of accra recieving your applucation too , It will let uou have an idea if theyve opened your package and their comments on it , or if interview will be required. it 5 dollars For now continue to use your info to check Ecas if you can't find it and don't worry about anything. Continue to gather more prove of continuous relastionship , eg your chats after you sent the application , phone bills and evidence if travel or meeting with your spouse after sending the application , you might need that when they request for interview , I pray you go through without interview though .. oh because it was prepaid evelope they didn't contact us again after the ppr , remember I was saying I doubt if they would. Well we just kept tracking after we saw decision made on Ecas , and called Dhl , three days ago the tracking showed Dhl picked it up so I walked in yesterday for it . It was huge so I was wondering lol but I realized they sent our pictures and other evidence back to us . Which is good we are trying to avoid applying for USA transit visa but flight passing through USA seem cheaper . We found one that goes to holland for 1900 or 2000, we are still looking to see if we can find something that doesn't pass through USA for less , but if we don't I will just buy it we didnt come this far to be worried abt flight prices, I can't wait to see my wife and son . How is it going for you ?

No need for that. You can always take your native foodstuffs along. Besides, there is quite a number of African stores in Winnipeg and Brandon. Infact my husband has eaten kenkey countless times. So no need to worry.
