there are two IMM0008.

ONE IS Additional dependent /decleration Form and another is Generic Application form for Canada. which could be the correct one.PLease am confused.

I don't know much about the forms but they want the one for your family and dependants or fill both and again write a letter to explain . Hopefully someone more experienced can give you an answer. That's what I think can be done because you don't know which to send . Write a note to let them know you why you sent the two .

@ osun I ws sent the same thing. Form imm0008 is d generic application form. We were asked to send d same thing which we did bt attached a letter to it saying there were no changes to our marital status or family info bt changes were made to the mailing address. So if there's no changes to yours jst resend them what u sent earlier in ur application (do not contradict urself) nd attach a letter to it saying No changes has been made. @ nina I dnt think form imm0008 is family declaration that's imm54somthing. My husband nd I had d same problem so we asked ( there's even a thread on what form imm8 is. Its d same as imm0008 which is d generic application form) if u chk CIC website it has been updated(march 2014) although its still d same as d previous form. So yh

Hi, if nothing has changed in ur status and u are not travelling with any family, then you dont need to bother urself about the imm8 form.

I got my passport back 12days after I sent it and I used dhl.

Nina,did u pay for pay for seding and returning of DHL same time?or how did u do it.i am mailing my passport next week.
