What happened if your spoussal application is being refused?? Is there a chance for you to still go to canada? Anyone with the appeal experience?

You can appeal after your application is been refused and once you win your appeal, they will reopen your application and continue with the process for you to go. I don't no if you are in the same shoe as mine... I got refused last week and now trying to appeal it.

What could be the reason for refusal please? I thought they make thorough investigation to convince them that the marriage is genuine.

Does anyone know if vfs send the decision envelope directly to dhl or….? My wife received her decision envelope message from vfs but I’m not sure if she paid for a two way courier! But the message reads the decision envelope has been courier from Canada visa office via courier partner. Use tracking id.
