I am a Quebec skilled worker applicant... I submitted my application to cic in May 2016 after receiving my certificate of selection of Quebec...
I submitted Medicals and pcc in August 2017 and almost 5months now I have not received ppr... Pls do you know anyone within same situation as mine... Will be glad if I could get an info...

You don't have any news from them? You should contact your MP office. They can take a look on the file and ask for clarification.
