I really don't know what is going on at AVO. It's been a whole week since application was approved and PUM until this morning. I sent them a mail starting the facts and about 30 mins later got PUM. Does it mean that they forgot to send it initially? What would have happened if I had kept quiet and 25th came and passed (the expiration date of the visa)? So many questions. Anyway I thank God, the journey is almost over for us, I won't start celebrating until I pick up my wife and daughter at the airport. I wish all the rest of us still waiting the very best and please keep sending AVO gentle reminders.

373 days (one year and 8 days) later, no update from AVO. I thank God for mental strength to go through these trying times and I pray I have good news to share very soon.

Mine is july 21, 2016. The only contact was additional documents on june 6, 2017. No medicals, no refusal letter, nothing.

how do I get the fbi clearance from USA if my husband is not in USA anymore
Does it mean he has to fly back to Get it ?

is your file inland or outland? I believe you under outland the whole point of why they recommend for the principal applicant to remain from where they are filing from. so yea your spouse would have to get fbi clearance from USA.. unless he's residing in Canada over 6 months or so then that makes it a bit complex because you are filing as outland ....

Yes they have all said it.i believe it's a good sign.im so happy it's not more additional infos on your relationship. Do all u have to do to get those documents and send them asap.all is well my dear.

We did an Outland application

So u saying he will have to travel back to USA to get it
