congrats bbccanada and mrs.my e-cas was updated to medical result received.do you know how many days/weeks its going to take before we hear something about visa?

my first stage approval was on October 10th and that was the day ecas was updated to medicals received... i still havent heard anything yet...
but happy to see all the goodies being issued lately

Chenny, having a medical recieve update is good cos without the medical result they wont be able to start processing the application. Now since the medicals have been recieved they will send your email to pick up your visa if an interview is not needed. If interview is needed they will also mail your to let your know the date and time. i can't tell you how many weeks, months or days that would take cos immgration can take decision at anytime. I suggest you sign up for Ecas tracker that will send you a message in your mail whenever there is any update on Ecas regarding your file. Hope this little note helps and stay strong it shall be well.

go to google search and type ecas tracker it will even pops up before your finish typing. it will ask you if you already have access to ecas choose yes. Then you will have the follow options:

Identification type: select client ID

Identification number: enter your 8 digit client ID number

It will than ask to enter your name, date of birth, country of birth, and email address. Once you signed up the tracker will send any update on your applicarion on ecas directly into your mail.

Our application was received at office dec 24, 2012. On Jan 17, 2013 we received an email that our application was in process and today Jan 18, 2013 I was informed that I have been approved as a sponsor and the application is being sent to Ghana!!!! We are so happy this is going so fast so far Hope Ghana moves fast too.

@mrs, still haven't heard anything things since ecas changed to in process january 10 2013. Now my wife's medical has expired 2 weeks ago. Any news from your side?
