You can try. Just include your phone number in the email though. Fax is sufficient also.

Sorry for the hassle about your email account.
I don't really know how this works, but After following all the suggestions above and still you are not able to get accross, I will strongly suggest you call CIC to know the way forward. I hope you get this fix asap.

Hey guys, my wife received email from Accra early this morning requesting birth certificates for 2 of my kids. Is this good news? or another delay?. Should we send originals or photocopies? How do we send this document to Accra as soon as possible?

I jxt sent mines today hurry up and send the the photocopy ones and write a cover letter in it stating the exact things they requested and print the message they sent you and attach to it and please send it through DHL

Anytime the office calls you and they don't ask for more proof of relationship then it's good news.

N/A is fine. I didn't even send it in because my wife didn't have a dependent.

Hello everybody I just go a mail from Accra that says my passport is ready for pick up. I check my Ecas status and its has changed to decision made. Thank God its finally over. All of u waiting urs will be ready soon just have patience, I remember wen did journey started I thot it will never end, thank God its over.
