Finally an update on my status online..after months of Application Received, a line was finally added today to say.

Medical has been received!

My notes showed they were received ages ago (November) but they just updated the online status.

Not yet Gonja, yet to receive CSQ. I think the CSQ comes before SA.

Really? I have no idea how the process goes actually. I didn't receive SA yet and was thinking it depends on the CSQ. Nevertheless, I'll just wait and see how it will go.

When did you apply for CSQ and how long it took for it to be delivered?

CSQ - certificat de sélection de Quebec. This is required for all Quebec residence.
SA - Sponsor Aproval. Being approved as a sponsor, this must happen before file transfer.

You mean you live in Toronto and not the province of Quebec? If you don't live in the province of Quebec, CSQ is not a requirement for you.
