You can pay at VFS. They have sterling bank at counter 6 & 7 i guess.

Find Studio24 and take passport photographs before going to VFS. Use the specs given (link is in your PPR mail).

I kindly want to ask if anyone knew/experienced a returned application because of imm5406 for a reason that they forgot to indicate/type Brother or Sister under Relationship section, but the rest of the information such as brother’/sister’s name, DOB, country&territory of birth, Marital status, E-mail address and present address are all been provided. It’s just that Relationship info that they forgot to type.

When was the application sent? I will advice you to fill another imm5406 and send it to them with a cover letter highlighting what you wrote above, don't forget to give all the other information on the cover letter i.e date intial application was received, tracking number, the person that signed for the application package.
Also send them this same documents ( cover letter and the new form) through webform ).
They will merge the new form with the original form sent

The request for IMM 5406 and IMM 008 came with my PPR so I was thinking it may not be cause for alarm since I had submitted the IMM 5406 previously on the course of my application and my family component has not changed.

I fear I may call attention to the omission with a web form... Should I go ahead with it?

Is it a fresh application or you got ppr already. If you are still at the early stage of the process I will suggest you send a webform to them stating the you are presently pregnant and also attach the result of the test. One might not be able to tell if the application will stay more than your dew date. So it better you tell them now.

I think nothing to do until the baby has been born. Then you can update them of the addition to your family.
