I dont know. Didnt you post your passport with a seperate self addressed envelope for them to return your passport with?

The PPR letter stays clearly that personal dropping and picking up of passports at the embassy are not allowed, the only way is to arrange with a courier service and they go ahead to recommend DHL

1. We received ******* application for permanent residence on April 27, 2017.
2. We started processing ********* application on November 22, 2017.
3. We sent ****** correspondence on October 30, 2017. If *** has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have **** do so as soon as possible. Please wait until ****** receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

Guys, look at this timeline and tell me what you think. We had issues linking our application so I only have ECAS to rely on. Just checked it now so I doubt that whatever is happeing is a glitch. It may be time to email these folks!
