Application for my kid status in ecas changed from "Application received" to "In progress". Anyone in the same boat? I have not got any notification yet on application.

That's strange. We are watching the application for my wife's daughter and it went the other way! Last Friday, it moved from "In progress" to "Application Received". The immigration consultant with whom we are working (who I don't always trust knows what's going on) says it means the application was moved to the immigration office in the Philippines.

I would love to know if you're able to find out what the change for you means.

Yes Mine has. apparently it changes from In progress to received when they send to VO then from from "Received" to "in progress" when the VO starts working on it. I also notice a new line stating they started working on file

Our application for our child was showing in progress so far and today it changed to Application received. Has anyone experienced this? What does this mean. Medicals is shown as received in Ecas.

That's normal. That means your application has been received by the respective visa office depending on your country of nationality. It will again change to in process

AOR1: Jan 21 2021
SA: Feb 13
Medical request: Feb 15
Medicals done: March 3
Medicals received: March 10
AOR 2: April 21

File was transferred to Paris VO.

Finally, I got my children's COPR!!

Date Received at Office: 21-Feb-2020
AOR Received: 8-Mar-2020
Sponsorship Approval email: 18-Sep-2020
Medical Exam Request: 18-Sep-2020
Medical Exam Passed: 22-Sep-2020
Application moved to Manila Office: 16-Oct-2020
Invitation to Pre-Arrival Service: 09-Mar-2021
PPR : 29-Mar-2021 but I don't need to submit the passport.
DM : 29-Mar-2021
Virtual Landing : 23-Apr-2021
COPR via IRCC online account : 23-Apr-2021

I got a messege in my IRCC account and they said they will issue my kids' PR cards when I send thier photoes.

ECAS shows decision made for Applicant now - but no update of account yet! its been "Decision made" since last 1 week , any idea what should be the next step ?

My daughter's sponsorship application medicals were passed on March 21, 2021 after that ecas shows Application Received which I believe my VO which is NDVO has received my application or the Application is transferred to them. But since then no update yet. Any other of you in the same boat ? How long NDVO takes these days after receiving the application? to provide PPR ?

Hi, I just got a CSQ for my son's sponsorship today from Quebec. Should I send a copy to CIC somehow to speed up the application or will Quebec take care of all that? If sending it myself is recommended, what is the most efficient way? Thanks!
