Congrats Guelphmm. That seems to be very fast in your case. My documents are transferred to NDVO on Sep-18. But no updates yet from them. PR sponsored for my 11 month old son. Looks like your TRV has speed up the process. I am also thinking to apply TRV in Jan-Feb if there are no updates from NDVO for next 2 months.
One more thing. As you already have TRV, when you get PPR from NDVO, how will you transfer the Passport to them? Back in India we go to VFS office. What to do in Canada for that?

Thanks Guelphmm for all the clarifications. Hope I get PPR soon for my son before applying for TRV. NDVO is really taking too much time after AOR-2. Nearly 3 months over now. For a 11 month old baby...!!!

Same is case with me Vignesh, I got AOR1 asking for document and after submission in Oct 2017 - no news for me as well. They are taking lot of time for 18 month old baby !!
I did asked agent through IRCC web form and i got response that all documents are in order and no additional document is required and it is usual processing time and once decision is made, I will be notified.

That's a long wait and 2 months is cutting close. Do you think that ndvo has gone slow as they have granted trv or there is anything pending from paper work perspective. I am Contemplating if trv is good from overall scheme of things? What do you think?
