Currently, I see 4 lines in ECAS after submitting Schedule A. I submitted on 15th Oct no ghost emails nothing so far after submission.
My BG shows Not needed at this time. It was In progress earlier.

When it went to DM, did u get alerted in anyway? Email ?? Or anything??

So the story goes like this--
on 13th of Oct they asked me Schedule A first page for me and my wife and I provided that straight away. Then when I checked my cic the BG went to not needed at this time. 14th morning I received another email about the update and when I logged in to my CIC BG went back to In progress. at this point I was expecting a DM or PPR but nothing of that sort and the frustration level was at the peak as you can imagine.

Then on 16th Oct I received another email with an update; throughout the day i logged in both ECAS and CIC to check of any update without any success. I went to sleep thinking I will check it in the morning and I might get either an email by then or a DM in Ecas and somehow I woke up in the middle of the night to do my routine check as usual I checked my ecas to see DM waiting.

Now the thing is I am not completely sure if it is a positive decision but if they wanted to refuse my case they would have done so without asking for RPRF and then before asking for a Schedule A. Lets hope for the best!

Don't worry Dude you will see a DM or PPR soon.

Now the wait starts for PPR

Got DM today!
Saw mycic status as updated (instead of submitted) yesterday (16-Oct) around 9 p.m. Dubai time (GMT + 4).
Got an update email arnd 11:20 pm and logged into mycic to see background check in progress (was Not Started earlier). Checked ECAS - no change.
Woke up and checked ECAS around 8 am - no change. Checked ECAS again at 10 am and it said Decision Made! I hope it is a positive decision!

My timeline so far:
ITA: 27th Mar (Pure FSW/Outland)
App submitted: 25th May
AOR: 26th May
Meds taken: 10th May
Meds passed: 2nd June
In Process: 14/15th Aug
Decision Made: 17th Oct

I feel you! It does seem like an encouraging sign that they asked you to pay the RPRF. I recall reading that BG went to "Not needed at this time" for some folks after having been "in progress"--this usually came before DM. Hoping you'll hear something very soon.
