Thanks Dobes...it's sort of impossible ....not even their embassy here can issue it....my question is can they ask for PCC if less than 6 months and after 20 years? also do you think a CSE is better than uploading the note in a upload slot in Mycis for this PCC. I have lived and worked in many countries and already provided 5 different PCCs but this one is impossible. And a silly question: how do you raise a CSE? is there a link somewhere?

Just a thought...could you perhaps ask the Haitian embassy where you are to issue you a letter stating that they do not provide PCCs? If they need documentation, perhaps you could show them the CIC letter requesting the same.

If you are able to get this, and submit it along with yoru LOE/CSE, it might help bolster your case.

The CIC instruction for the Haiti PCC is :
"If you live outside of Haïti:
You should send the following documents to a friend or family member in Haiti who can apply on your behalf at the Direction centrale de la police judiciaire d'Haïti (DCPJ) in Port-au-Prince (see Special notes and considerations for complete address). "

The embassy, I tried to call and actually thought about it when I was filling the application and sent them several emails, but no answer came. How am I supposed to have a friend or family member in a country I lived in 5 months over 20 years ago and that is not my country. I obtained PCCs from switzerland and France in less than two weeks using an internet application form....
