Hmm are they using when you got your ITA as a criteria for how fast your app is processed?

My feeling is that how fast it's processed depends on a few things. Where it's processed and how heavy the load is there matters, as does the general speed of the VO who processes it. Then applicants with LMIAs, though they get the most invitations, also get scrutiny for the LMIA and their employers. People who apply with spouses and family have longer, more involved applications to go through than single people. And people who apply through FSW have more employment to prove than CECs. Then, if they have to ask for missing documents, RCMP reports, Schedule A - any of this can slow you down a bit. So, I do think they try to keep an eye on the clock, but applications from the same draw, submitted the same day, can't be sure of being processed at the same rate.

I think you are still on a reasonable timeline, so don't give up hope! I didn't go to In Process until August 15, and had PPR by September 2, BUT I had a March 27 ITA, and filed my PR application May 7, so in those senses I was ahead of you in line. You should be seeing progress in the next week or two. Good luck!

Maybe it is because your ECAS IP date is several days behind those whose ECAS went IP on 13/14, like a whole batch behind?

I disagree,its not iTA ,it depends on your VOs proccessing speed i believe .My ITA is around 20th March, AOR on 20 may ..INLAND CEC --1070 points ...NOC 3111 ..In process since Aug 5th.


No updates till now , other than RPRF

Looks like last week was very slow. Hopefully now that labor day is behind us hopefully things will pick up pace. The wait is unbearable. At 115 days since AOR and 23 days since ECAS changed to "In Process".

Hi All, hope all is great.

Today I noticed my ECAS is showing a 4th line saying

"We sent you correspondence on July 7, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

They have requested the RCMP on July 7, I have submitted it on July 15, on MyCIC it is showing "Review of submitted documents - Provided".

Should I worry or it was a regular notification? Did anybody else got this notification as well?
