Yes, it's as approved on mycic. On the details it says that they will send a letter to my cic account which I haven't received yet, but the status is as approved.
Should I apply for a visa and come back to Canada or wait for the PPR? Or maybe do both and see which one comes first? Some advise please!
If you have your BOWP approved then you can return to Canada any time. I would suggest you to check the address that you used for your BOWP application as CIC is going to send the permit paper at that address.
Is 100+ days wait standard for AOR to next stage? What's the duration between AOR to eCAS? Also when do you get to know which visa office is processing your application?

dont loose hope, you will get some positive news soon, even i am waiting some update everytime but in another thread ( in process 19 june and 13/14 august ) i saw some april applicants still waiting. so be faithful, i know this wait is really hard, but we cannot do nothing instead of waiting.

You are not the only one! Most people who reached DM or PPR from the Aug in process are the ones with ITA in March! If your ITA is before March you can be worried but in march and april ITAs will see movement in the coming weeks for SURE!
I think you are still on a reasonable timeline, so don't give up hope! I didn't go to In Process until August 15, and had PPR by September 2, BUT I had a March 27 ITA, and filed my PR application May 7, so in those senses I was ahead of you in line. You should be seeing progress in the next week or two. Good luck!

I spent some time digging into threads trying to find some mapping between ITA date and DM/PPR progress.
a)I did not see too many active 10 April ITA members.
b)Most of the recent progress revealed in this forum happened to pre-March 27 inclusive members.
c)Some PNP and CEC members with post March 27 ITAs have had results but the total number of people in this group is nevertheless too small to conclude any certain trend.
Please share your thoughts to make the analysis more complete.
