Did they ask you to pay the RPRF at the same time as the schedule A, or had you already paid it? I noticed that sometimes when they ask for both, they give you more time. My Schedule A (requested August 21, uploaded August 22) had a deadline of 1 week.

No one can tell you that. Schedule A and in Process are decent indicators of an impending decision, but they are not foolproof. Hang in there!

I was starting to loose hope until I logged in today and found that my ECAS went into process
