Yes, I am inland! Also I have a canadian M.Sc. so I did not need ECA! I am currently doing PhD, I guess that is why they have asked for that! But they already have it as I've send it last year when I was renewing my student visa!

This is horrible. When did you pay the fee?

I thought the RPRF request means that they have made the decision and they are just waiting for the Fee payment, I guess not!

I paid the fees and submitted the docs on the very same day (21st Aug). I wonder what is taking them so long to make the decision
