i applied on 1 nov after refusal sds online india . no update

Hi,

I applied for study permit (sds online) Along with co-op work permit because my program requires it. Below is the timeline
Application - 16th oct.
Biometrics completed on 18th oct.
Medical furtherance completed on August 31st as I had a scar in my lungs. I was asked to give sputum test and all came clear. I haven't received any updates yet. Does it take longer because of the co-op work permit? Anyone applied along with co op and got visa?
