i guess under 1122 none in this forum reports that his/her bd or cc are encashed

may be this noc takes more time to review teh application

more over bd people like me will be 10-15 days behind the cc people becoz, it takes time to clear the bd

hi every body,
i am from Pakistan, i have a question in the generic form i need to write the name of the immigration office that is repsonsible for the country of my nationality. what is confusing for me is that, previously London VISA office was processing applications fort Pakistani Applicants. what is the difference bw immigration office and visa office?????? what should i write in point 4 of my application form ????????
i am in hurry, i wish to apply asap
i will appreciate the reply

Hi mdwantcan,
Did you get the original translated document notarized or the photocopy of it. If you have done that on the original translated copy, you may not have to get it done once again. But, if you got the notary done on a copy of the translated document, then it should not be a problem to get it afresh.

Hi, thanks so much for your response. But I am not sure that I got it. I had my degree copied and notarized. Then got the notarized copies translated by an officer. So the translation is orriginal on notarized copies. I did all those things 3 years ago in my country before coming to the US. Those documents should be valid three years ago but I am not sure whether it is still valid (whether they accept documents notarized and translated 3 years ago)?
It is so risky to send back home all the degrees to have them copied, notarized, and translated again.

Hey Tosy,

Have you send your current company reference letter stating your roles and duties? If so, then can you please send me the format. I am having a tough time in getting this letter from my company. I work at Microsoft India. It seems they do have any company policy to issue this kind of letter. But they are trying to issue, it might take some time. So, can you advise me if there is any other option to follow?
