I have a question..my first employment was a job order status..then the next COE is a permanent status..
in my permanent COE status, I have annual compensation, position held, date started, number of hour and company seal and dry seal..
my job order status has no annual compensation..it only has type of contract, detail order, date started
and company seal but no dry seal because they have no available dry seal..
but in my detailed JD, I have included all the annual compensation of job order and permanent status..
do you think they will consider it as lack of details in my job order COE?
or they will still call the company for further evaluation, reference and quierries
regarding my employment?
Do we have to provide JD and COE for our work experience which are not in the 29 priority profession but included in our 10 year work history? For example for the last 10 years I have 2 different jobs, the most recent as a nurse (NOC 3152) and the other was 9 years ago as a computer programmer (NOC 2174) which is not included in the 29 priority professions but falls under NOC A category. Do I have to provide a detailed JD, Work contract, pay stubs and COE like the nursing job? In other words, do we provide only detailed documents where we can be assessed? Computer programming is not eligible for assessment but is included in my work history in the last ten years and therefore has to be in the list. However, do I need to include detailed supporting papers aside from plain COE or do I even need to include a COE as NOC 2174 is not eligible for assessment without a job offer?
You need the previous employment certificate and contract on your previous employment even if it is not the NOC your applying on, also in case this work falls on a Type 0 or Skill A & B, you need to write it on the Economic Application form along with its job description.
Thanks. That is what I exactly did. But I inserted a letter of explanation co'z that company is not existing anymore and I couldn't get enough documents. I have the orig contract (first 6 months only) but no papers stating the contract is extended (for at least another 12 months). I included notarized photocopies of vouchers as proof of my salaries beyond the initial contract. However, vouchers for the last 2 months of my work were missing. I hope they will be considerate enough.
Thanks and GOD bless! May we be all blessed with a positive reply.
hi there..do u know the answer to my question? is annual compensation really needed to be included in the COE?or if the company doesnt put it on COE because they have a uniform/approved COE format for everyone, can we just put it in our JD?thanks
For the points on experience have a look at this link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-experience.asp
As for the annual salary on COE, if there is a standard format and they dont add then can you ask your manager to write a letter for you and mention your salary along with your job responsibility and include copy of your recent salary slips.
I included my salary slip notarised copies and also end of year certificate that we get in our company in UK. But depends what evidence you can provide.
Hope this is helpful
