This may be a really dumb question, but I still have not figure it out. 
Every time, I want to check out my profile or new messages. I click on the link sent by CIC, which takes me here:
cic.gc.ca/english/e-services/mycic.asp
I login and click continue, sometimes, there is the terms and conditions, and the identification questions, then everything works out perfectly. But very often, I will be directed here
cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp
,at which point I have to close it and keep login until I get to where I want.
Am I doing something wrong here or anyone has the same difficulty with the website?
