I got the Ready for Visa email today. After the 15-month excruciating wait, it showed up in my inbox, finally.

Ready for Visa email: Jan 13, 2022

Client Portal mail : January 6th 2022 - I replied the mail, sent webform, called IRCC that I am Outland Applicant and the I need PPR.
