Ready for Visa Email
AOR 6 March 2020.
I got married in March 2021 and added my wife to my application and sent all the required documents and upfront medical but I haven't received any biometric request for her.
I have been sending them webforms and they keep sending Afghanistan crisis email.
Help needed to understand what should be my next step.

Yes, on Nov. 24th I asked them via phone to update my phone number and I gave them the Canadian address where I'm currently staying. I mentioned that this address is only temporary since I'm just a tourist, but they wanted to take note of it anyway. So, it might be a coincidence or the address update might have triggered my file to be processed. Who knows...

Ah okay Either ways it worked out for you! I came to Canada last week too and called them last Monday to update my residential & mailing address. Hopefully I hear something. Really tired of waiting.
