I recommend ordering GCMS to see what is going on with your application. It may be a very good sign.
In my case I received application update and my medicals status changed from "you dont need.." to "you passed medical exam". So I immediately ordered gcms. After a month I received gcms and it turned out not only my medicals passed on that day, but also my application approved. After 2 months of that update I received PPR letter (Nov 9 2021)

I wasnt asked for remedicals. It got extended automatically. Message in the application doesnt say that your medicals expired. It just says "you dont need medicals..", after reassesment they either ask for remedical or extend it for 6-12 months. In my case latter happened. And message changed to "You passed medical"
