I just found a new PR for PNP outland AOR Aug 2019...This guy waited for 744 days!!

Oh, this makes me hopeful! If IRCC is willing to look as far back as August 2019, they might consider September 2019 as well. However, this is PNP, not FSW.

I ordered GCMS a while back.

Everything says Passed and Final says Approved
