Can you please share what was the exact note about RFV in notes ?

YES, Package Transmission fees and SMS fees(optional) were paid. The charges are on per passport basis.

Background check changed to your application is in progress , we will

Congrats on finally getting the PPR after the long wait. Have they informed you of when the passport would be returned or does your tracking show any update ?
I got my PPR on June 15 and submitted my passport to VFS Dubai on June 22. The last tracking update is that the passport is with IRCC for processing but no update since. I’ve tried raising web forms and emailing but no luck.

About security: Details appear to have been redacted in the GCMS (CBSA) notes, so I have no idea when it started or completed. On GCKey, it has said "We are processing..." under Background Check for a few months at least.

i think you are just short of 6 months passport validity requirement

Question for those who applied for COPR. If you’re from a country that doesn’t require Visa, I take you won’t get a stamp on your passport as you’re not sending the passport. Is it an electronic COPR for us then?
