when did you give your biometric?

I gave biometrics some time in early 2019 when i applied for a visa but got refused back then, so I left the whole Canada thing till someone alerted me to the express entry. So to my surprise after a few weeks after submitting my application i.e. AOR they had added my biometrics number and UCI number to my application.
