I received my PPR/RFV mail yesterday after 22 gruesome anxiety-filled moths. Wish everybody best of luck and believe me, its no ear-say, its coming soon. See my time line below.

STREAM: PNP Outlander
AOR - 29th Nov, 2019 with upfront medical
BIO - 16th Dec, 2019
Deafening silence from IRCC till March 2021 for remedial.. Medical was not extended
RE-MED - 3rd April 2021
PPR - 29th Sep, 2021
COR - Nigeria

Another expired COPR (FSW-Outland) received the ultimatum email on September 21st (just shared on Kubeir's Facebook group):

"Action required by October 1, 2021: Confirm that you still want to immigrate to Canada"
I received this email on Sep 21, replied on Sep 23.
FSW-O (India)
AOR: Oct 2019, PPR: Mar 2020
CoPR Received - July, 2020
CoPR Expired - Sep, 2020

Any idea how long it takes to receive the re-medical request or any further communication after this? Thanks!

Do anyone know when they will start issuing remed request/PPR to FSW applicants whose files are approved?

It seems like there is no update from IRCC for this class of applicants and only expired are getting contacted

They have been issuing remed requests to a few FSWs.. but some like us have yet to recieve it.. but they have started for sure

Not to rain on the parade but, in this category, it's only been happening for US and HK residents, and a few AOR 2019.

No, there have been people from Nigeria and India to name a few others. And it's a good thing that they're starting from 2019. At least there's a vague attempt to honor FIFO. If they directly jumped to 2020, people would start losing their shit. Things are definitely moving forward. You don't need to celebrate, but things are definitely moving.

You are right, I checked again and one applicant from Nigeria (AOR: April 2020) allegedly received his CoPR.
I think someone from the UK too, but I'm not sure.
I haven't found the Indian applicants you are talking about (excluding 2019 AOR, like I said).
I agree that it's a good thing that they are processing applications in FIFO order. I'm drawing a line between 2019 and 2020 because a lot of the 2018-2019 applicants had an expired CoPR or a timeline that is not representative of the thousands of 2020 applicants stuck in the covid pace group.

I haven't seen a single drop of rain ( Specifically August 2020 CEC Outland Primary applicants getting PPR). I am still waiting for PPR rain ( for all the CEC 2020 Outland Candidates).

That actually is not the case - 2019 applicants being mostly expired COPRs. Nov and Dec 2019 and possibly even further back are by and large files that were never officially approved or issued COPRs, and are stuck with everything passed, short of the so-called "final decision". So I don't know what it is you are expecting exactly as a 2020 before thousands of 2019 applications still stuck are finalized.

I didn't say that 2019 applicants were mostly expired COPRs. Perhaps you mean most 2019 applicants who recently got their PPR had an expired CoPR? That is certainly true.

I'm reacting to this because I just don't see a clear signal for this class of applicants.
I'm not expecting 2020 applications to be processed before 2019 applications.
