Called IRCC on the 29th of March and was told my file is in Ottawa. It was in Accra for a very long time.
March 30, Caught a ghost update then received ADR almost immediately
April1, Adr submitted
April 2, Adr changed to uploaded
April 4, we are reviewing ADR and your interview has been canceled.
April 4, PPR
