   • Medical passed on 23-Jan-2022 (Medical was completed on 6th Jan 2022, but the medical center uploaded results only on 22-Jan)
   • Submitted Schedule A and new PCC on 12-Jan-2022. Additional document uploaded confirmation received via email same day
   • Received ADR for Schedule A and PCC on 29-Dec-2021
   • Received re-medical request on 24-Dec-2021
