Things are happening but they're a little too slow and too random. Still looks like expired and 2019 aors have a slight edge but rest is totally random

hey guys my application was lodged in december 2020 everything lodged [ biometrics medical done ] still no response .. and to my amazement they did not even revert to my gcmcs notes . Any hopes for such forgotten files.

Average time is 2 years, so you can expect to hear back in Dec 2022

There is no average time. IRCC are not providing processing times.

My application is from Feb 2020 and i am waiting on a review. Before covid it was 6 months. Now IRCC can not provide a processing timeline for FSW Outland applications.
