Why am I getting a feeling that PPR trickle has really slowed down now? I can see a lot of people with remeds passed status recently but none of them got PPR even after 2 weeks which is considered a turnaround time now from remed passed to ppr.

can anybody help?
we have just received our COPR email today, now my wife who is the main applicant currently lives in Lagos, Nigeria and I am currently stuck in Australia, Can we submit our passport to a different VAC office. me in Sydney and her in Nigeria?
I just wanted to quickly update you all, I informed IRCC about the fact that I and my partner are currently in a separate country, they didnt respond. So, what we did was to print the visa letter of the primary applicant and we both submit a copy of it at our various countries of residence. We are now approved and the visa is stamped today.
